Sunflower Bread

Vegetarian Bread
Leavened with sourdough starter. Rye and wheat flour, walnuts, sunflower seeds, yeast, salt, sugar and raisins. Absolutely perfect for vegetarians because of its fibre content.

Rye bread

Rye bread is healthier than wheat bread. Whole-meal bread is produced based upon natural leavens without any preservatives and improvements. Today, whole meal flour was replaced by bleached, enriched white flour. In this process, grain is bleached and sterilized with chemicals to make it white and soft. In consequence, bread like that lacks microelements such as potassium, magnesium and iron. Whereas, the process of natural fermentation, necessary to make bread, helps to avoid carcinogenic substances e.g. mould toxins and nitrate.
