Nowadays, the pace of change in our lives is becoming faster and faster. A rapid technological progress end economic changes made us busy. We have to slow down, or we may lose something valuable and priceless. Instead of being as strong as a tree, we will be like a leaf in a storm.

Bread is an important part of human’s diet all over the world. Therefore we eat bread every day. Inspite of a wide variety of bread, we respect it subconsciously. Mainly because bread in the sense of food is the indspensabile basis of human culture and customs. Bread also reflects the cultural and social tone of society.
